The kit is designed for the return shipment of up to five of the Simple One® Chairside Amalgam Separators. It includes all the necessary documentation for the entire recycling process. The container comes with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the recycling has been received, there will be a certificate of compliance mailed directly to your facility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Please make sure that returning merchandise is in their original packaging. Returns are acceptable within 30 days after you have received your order.
